OK, I found another way to get your programs to work and not have to preset each one to give you administrators permission. This routine will allow you to be fully administrators.
Follow this routine.
1) click start
2) click computer
3) open your c: drive.
4) open folder call "user"
5) right click on your name that you use to login and click on the properties at the bottom.
6) click the security tab.
"here you will see you user names, administrators, and system etc. Check to see if each one has full permission. If not, click the edit tab select each user and check all the boxes below for each user. (the administrators already has full permission).
7) after you have done that click apply.
8) click OK, and you done.
Now this will and should run any any all programs that requires the administrators to run or install which in terms you are now fully an administrator.
