U saw at Menu/Document/Fold All?
Menu/Edit/Preferences/Keybindings/Change

Does the latest version remember folds between sessions? I'm fairly certain that the version I'm using doesn't.

Also, mine seemed to unfold randomly... I'm guessing when an error was reported. It'd make more sense just to automatically unfold the function which caused the error.
