So I don't think any of yous would remember me back from 2010 and 2011 but I was that really bad guy that made lot's of threads and not following the rules and they were always getting locked.

There is this game I want to make but it would be it would be way more easy if FPSC Ip was still being worked on but I can't go on the website without it picking up a virus.

But does anyone think I should try to make another death match game?

If you want to make a game like this and you have fun doing this: Of course!

However, an FPSC deatch match game is not all too likely to function the way you want it and I doubt that you will get any players from the webs. If you have a couple friends who will play your game with you, yes! But if you count on releasing your game and have a number of players for a while now, that never worked, even in FPSC's prime.

Just a heads-up, and it may not even be an issue if your
using "FPSC-Ip" but the multiplayer isn't working properly
anymore with most builds due to some (missing?) out-side resource.
If you go to the "bug reposts" section and read top thread.
BlackFox did come up with a work around. I've tried V1.18 thru 1.20
and the problem persists.
best luck

My games never have bugs. They just develop random features..
Lots and lots of random features...

For multiplayer Game Guru is probably the better option.

But otherwise give FPSC another shot. The (unofficial) 1.20.17 build is the most stable, versatile and memory saving one we had in years.
