If I'm using the "SetCameraRotationQuat(" command, the "RotateCameraLocal" commands are not working anymore after it.
Looks like it locks the camera on the rotational axis.
Any confirmation?

means cam id,1,0,0,0

u used 0,0,0,0 at w,x,y,z
