NanoSpark is my puzzle competition entry.
you control the flow of information and energy inside a computer,
trying to get it where it needs to go, and away from the invading bots.

download 9-level demo here:

this is a pretty original idea, so let me know if you can play it and what you think...

Nice idea.

Was a bit confused as to how many sparks need to get 'home' before level was complete, a counter of remaining sparks would be useful.
Also once you got sparks going one way you suddenly realise they going to hit an enemy and there is nothing you can do about it. This can be annoying, but then again puzzlers gotta be a bit annoying so maybe this is good.

Good stuff though - nice work.

The word "Gullible" cannot be found in any English Dictionary.

thanks for trying it out, flashing blade.
yeah, i didn't put that counter on screen yet...but will...

about the 'annoyance':
that is actually part of the design and puzzle nature.
it is all about timing. seeing what will happen,
not just what is happening
knowing my own game, i can get the timing down so that i save them all...
but that is often the problem, I know how mine works, but can other people do it?

thanks again,
bob

Looking pretty good

Though sometimes it can be annoying to wait when you know everything is working fine... if it was possible to speed up or slow down everything with click of a button, that'd be awesome... but may not be poss depending on how everything is coded...

thanks, tifu,
i was actually thinking that myself, and it would be a breeze...
it's all timer based movement, so i'd just multiply my 'frame time'
i'll either put up a double time button, or number keys 1-9 for up to 9xNormal Speed...

Anyone who would like to contribute to the GRAPHICS of this game
should contact me... we can share the spotlight if we make it
a winning game...
(i can program, it's just that my 'graphic design' skills barely exist).

thanks,
bob.

looks pretty cool, but I don't see why you didn't just start a new thread.

The 3d galaxy map reminds my of a desktop, but since it's 3d, I'm guesing that's because it's still.

i was testing the resolution.
you can only upload 1 file per post, and i didn't want to have to do multiples
to get it right.
i will most certainly start a new thread when i'm ready...
