Hi all, I did all the weapon sounds for v1 and I've noticed that the explosion sounds for the explosive projectile weapons were supplied on the CD but not used when FPSC is installed.

The weapons involved are:

Bazooka, LAW, Glaive and Millsno36.

These sounds are installed in the weapon's "Guns" folder with the other related sounds, when they should be installed in the weapon's "Flak" folder.

Procedure to copy the Bazooka sound:

Rename the original file in ...\The Game Creators\FPS Creator\Files\gamecore\flak\ww2\bazooka

to "explode1.wav" in case you prefer the original sound.

Copy "explode.wav" from ...\The Game Creators\FPS Creator\Files\gamecore\guns\ww2\bazooka

to ...\The Game Creators\FPS Creator\Files\gamecore\flak\ww2\bazooka

Repeat the process in the respective folders for the three other weapons.

I think TGC may have overlooked these sounds in the panic that was the final days before v1 was mastered

Of course, this also applies if you installed from the downloadable version of V1.

Here's a batch file to make the process easier: (It assumes that you installed FPSC in the recommended directory)

Good idea Scottie, that batch file will make it easier.
