1.Make a canvas sized...
Width= 250
Height= 500
2.Use the bucket tool but make sure you have the colour the fill colour black.
3.Go to effects>noise then take all of the colour saturation away so it looks all white(the spots it produces). Then change the intensity to 51.
4.Now for the tricky bit, and change the colour to yellow and make a new layer. Now using the square tool e.g. marked as rectangle by the curved rectangle, top of the circle. Care fully make 2 YELLOW lines. This is what it should look like now...

5.Now double click on the layer of the yellow lines. It should come up with this.

Now click on the blending>mode. Now choose the overlay option.
And click ok. Well done you have made a road! You can change it or alter if you want. Because the lines are quite dull. I will post something or edit this on how to make it more brighter.

Now for the download...

Right-click and save-as. But please do the tut. Because you can make it and alter it.

^ What on earth is that?

@Deathhead: The yellow lines are a bit faint.

Yes I have found a way to sort out its faintess. Instead of using multiply use the scroller bar underneath the options.
