Mark III lol, you're forgetting the first version of the game in the old thread that got wiped when my old PC went haywire and had to be wiped.....

I've got the weapons plan pretty much sorted, all weapons and their respective GunSpec settings are good, just need to do some rigging and re-texturing.....

Well, I've decided to make the MP map Infrastructure first. It'll be pretty much the same layout as before, just a bit re-stylised. I'm leaning more towards a clean yet more modern day industrial look, it is after all a post-modern industrial area, so it wouldn't be necessary to make it as god looking as other areas like Habitation or Administration areas.....

Here you are then, this is the East,(Red) Spawn area, I may add CTF and King of the Hill into it....

The first version of the map is compiling as I type, a little bit of work here and there, and I'll be happy to upload it to Filefront or something, and hae some fun with it.....

Ok. Here's a rundown of the features I'm hoping to add:

*Armor, (thanks to Ply for his scripts),

*Portable Healthpacks, (instead of being used on contact, the player can keep them for use later),

*Difficulty, (enemies become smarter, tougher, and have more health on higher diffculties),

*Animated Menu, (possibly),

*Emergency Adrenaline, (when you go below 15 HP, your suit will administer Adrenaline to your bloodstream, making you run faster, jump higher, and do more damage, although accuracy will be decreased),

*Vehicles, (possibly, note that word),

*Interactive PC terminals, (possibly used to tie in with missions, etc),

If anyone has any other suggestions, then feel free to suggest away
That's all I can think of for now that could be possible.

Screen for you as well, a station at the main transport system. Tut, tut, always late, aren't they?

looks good, i like the decal(?) for the power thingy lol.

but that door seems a bit to bright compared to the lighting around it. if i remember correctly, theres a file somewhere in the FPSC folder with the formula for lighting entities, compared to the ambiante and static lights.. might try and get it to look a little darker.

The Fastbone FX file? I was sure that only affected characters, I should try looking into this more......

I read about it in the newsletter....

..and yeh, that decals from the Sprite Model Pack, best pack for sci-fi IMO.....

*Composite Zoom, allows the suit's user to initialise digital enhancement software in the visor system, resulting in a 3x optical zoom ability,

is it just me or does the game and story look and sound like half life 1? in hl your suit also gives you drugs below 20 hp and the levels look pretty familiar,tho it isnt a bad thing,its great coz its hard to do that,keep it goin

No it doesn't, trust me, I've completed HL like 5 times.....

...Also, the only link I can find with HL is that you haev a suit, and are in a research/military facility that's been crippled by a disaster, is it fair to say that because HL had a crippled lab in it's story, that no-one else is allowed one?

Thanks for comparing my level design to HL's though, it's an honour to be compared with a game I feel is King of FPS Level Design, (well, HL2 is lol).....
