Sorry, but poor understanding of English (by its native speakers) annoys me sometimes. How many times have you seen an apostrophe where it shouldn't be? Like,
tomatoe's. *shudder*

An oxymoron is a litterary technique to try and generate a better picture of a particular situation, by making a contrast.
Good example:
Thunderous Silence
So, as "funny" as it may be, "Microsoft Works" isn't really an oxymoron; I'd say it's more of a pun.
