I've made some more experiments. To keep it short and not kinda "overpost" this thread although I need support, I've made a short list of the bugs I experience:
* Since matchtype=0 in buildsetup.ini framerate is perfectly at 65 fps
* Guns with shaders cause an overbloomed screen
* All guns reload twice as fast as they should (standard and modelpacks)
* Player Tracer Bullets are always grey (enemy bullets are perfect)
* No Skybox when Bloom is on
Don't ask me how I came to putting matchtype=0 into buildsetup.ini
I'm working on a multiplayer title (or telling myself I am)
Anway, since I did this, the framrate is at 65 fps, simply perfect, also for singleplayer.
Please let me know whether you get anything out of this list what might be wrong. Especially that turbo-gun-reload is confusing.

EDIT: It seems I now get 65 frames displayed and it runs smoother, but I am still running on higher framerate than 65 (would explain turbo-reload). Might be something timerbased and not a cap-problem?
