Er... hi. My name is Josh, and I just bought the FPS Creator bonanza pack. I'm trying the free version while I wait for it. I'm from Arizona and have always wanted to make games, and this is a great way to do it. I like to play games and write. I don't really have any programming or modeling skills...

If it wasn't for the community, my games would be 10 times worse.

I haven't introduced myself yet, although a number of you probably know/recognise me... My username is PW Productions, real name is Logan. I started working with FPSC Free back in '08 and then bought FPSC X10, then FPSC (not the bonanza). I model, texture, rig, animate, script, level design and 'own' a 'company' called Pyramid Works Productions.... I love level design... So, yeah, that's me.

My real name is John and I'm from Sweden. I started using FPSC 'bout a year ago. I am no good at modeling and such things, it's too hard for me, I just like to mess around and experiment with scripts.
I'm using FPS Creator X9 v1.16 with Fenix Mod (can't wait 'til the 1.17 update will be released!)

I'll do mine again just for the heck of it and I wasn't really proud of the old introduce:

Real Name: Sakke Mikael Korpela (Translated = MetalDevil123 (lol))
Location:Kittilä, Suomi (Finland).
Age:Too young, you will never know! In your face!
Additional Info: Male, Dreadlocks, about 180cm long, I have a dog and alot of fish, Game Designer and... I farted.
Likes: -Games, I play alot of them. Some say too much, but that's not a real definition. My fav is Half-Life 2 or Left 4 Dead 2. Can't decide.
-I love movies wich I watch alot too. My fav is Carrie (both. Remake and the Original)
-I also love Carrie. Yes, the character. Just say I'm weird, but you can't say she is not lovable.
-Masks. Masks are cool. So far the best I have is a very real looking Leatherface mask. Masks are awesome.
-My parents. Yeh, they're amazing.
-My dog. Cute, small, furry, white. Perfect.
Dislikes:
-People that think I'm weird for loving Carrie. Damn you...
-10 year-old kids playing L4D2 and just talking to the microphone all the time...
-People that play Left 4 Dead 2 and take it too seriously. Damn you...
-Sequels that rape the 1st movie. (Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Carrie, [REC], and more). Those movies should have just been left in the 1st part. Just... Damn the directors who thought that a movie with a same plotbut different characters or stupid comedies would make a good sequel...
-You. ESPECIALLY YOU (kidding)
That is just some. I love and hate alot more stuff.

That's me. I hope you all have a good day now! EXCEPT YOU! I HATE YOU! (kidding again)

Hey what's up guys, my name's Adrian and I've been hanging around the forums since 2006 I think (I'm the User AdrianoJones, but on a different account). I've been using FPS Creator since 2004 but never started taking it seriously until last year.

I'm an all around sports guy, and I also enjoy writing, reading, and gaming. I also won a couple of awards for short-story writing and winning small amounts of cash in the process.

Being young I haven't applied for any wrestling team but I always won first place in wrestling matches among classes.

I've been looking into coding now and then but I don't plan on going anything further than indie gaming development.

Of course I also take the typical interests in girls, and believe me I've got someone in mind.

I'm a big fan of Taylor Swift.

I also like ducks (especially Pekkle, a shame they don't sell that brand anymore), batman, digimon, and such.

I am new to programing so wont tell you how my next game is gonna be a block buster I am starting from scratch so wont have much to say for myself until I have read about how thibgs go down round here and played with my apps for a while. I Got the Dark Game Studio Bonanza & FPS Creator Bonanza, I also got a few other bits n bobs I decided to take a step in a new direction as I mainly focus on 3D (Blender/Max) and stuff like that. Looks like I got a great deal for my money and (TBH) am feeling a little bit daunted after installing it all Well, Im off to do PLENTY of reading now but am sure to pop by with some Q`s at some point. Hope I manage to learn enough to be of help here myself some time! TC and happy building all

Hey, everyone.

My name's Dillon. You may know me somewhat for frequenting Errant AI's recent thread about MP9/10 updates. I'm really interested in making a commercial quality game, and I think I have the talent to do it. I learn things unnaturally fast. For example, to help Errant with his new Gunspecs, I learned how to configure Airmod settings in one night. I'm looking into learning how to model and animate, from the master himself, so I can make some model packs for you all, and share the money with him, should I make any.

I don't actually skate, a friend of mine picked the username because he had nothing better to do.

I'm the proud owner of several model packs, and although I'm really new to this forum (I just finished getting past the point where mods don't have to approve your posts) I will be frequenting it often. Please check out my YouTube channel (thedillionaire) to see my latest videos of my FPSC progress. I'm relatively young, and you wouldn't believe my abilities for my age.

bond1 and Errant AI are sort of my heroes at the moment, my role models. Kudos to you guys for all you do.

System: Windows 7, 2.5 Ghz Quad-Core, 1 TB HDD, 8 GB RAM, ATI Radeon HD 4650 | My Superheroes: bond1 and Errant AI

Hello all,

Just found the site a couple of days ago after googling for FPS game design tools. Arriving at the site, I saw the bonanza offers for FPSC and DarkGAME Studio. Not one to pass up good deals, I bought both last night and have finished downloading the download-able stuff, and now waiting for the delivered stuff.

I am a software developer by trade, with 9 yrs in VB and C++. Always wanted to develop games but didn't want to spend time reinventing the wheel in order to do so.

I am into:
Roller skating (quads)
Music: Metal, hard rock and surf music. The Ventures rule!
Guitars
Computer games. Just finished Zombie Shooter 2, Alien Shooter 2, and Zombie Shooter 1. Love FPS and RPG games.
Anime
Sci-fi and fantasy movies
Fantasy and techno-thriller books
Goal: To be the oldest living teenager.
Greatest Accomplishment: Beat Raiders of the Lost Ark on Atari 2600.
Looking forward to learning these new tools and developing some games. Hope I contribute at some point.

Hello,

I'm Quite Hung,

I like sucking windows, polythene bags and geese,

I imagine quite a few people on TGC may know me as I have some of you on msn! I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

I'd like to think I'll help people as much as I can if I get any requests on msn, and I have trouble spending time which I focus primarily on what I should be doing in terms of work.

I love computing, as there is always an answer, you just need to look hard enough to find it. I've never been limited in programming, Ive just always had to look hard enough to find the solution. This is found in FPSC in many respects, which is one reason I love it so much.

I enjoy coding industrial programs as I have just been employed to make a few massive programs.

I love technology in general

Right now I am backing up all my important files to make room for a reformat and new install of Windows.

I'll hold a higher respect for anyone who can spot the 3 quotes from famous films and people I have included in my writing

Other Things:

I think nuclear power is the power of the future,
I love Eminem and think his beats are incredible,
My fav film could well be Evolution.

Im not sure what else I can include

If anyone wants to add me on msn, my address is in code below I like expanding my TGC friend database

Hi, I'm Bruce, I'm new to FPSC, but I've dabbled with Unreal Engine 2 in the past. I was attracted to FPSC by its simple interface and I'm in the process of creating my first game with it.

Hello there! Been mulling over this site for what seems like a year or so (I bought the FPS Creator last year), just been too lazy to make an account and/or post. Thought i'd introduce myself here before I start posting randomly in various threads...

So, hi. Just call me MrJensen...I have an idea for the type of game I want to do, and thus far, everything I want to do seems to be possible. There's a few things I want to do, though, that I can't seem to find, so i'm gonna experiment with the scripting and hope for the best, and you better believe if what I want to do works, i'll be more than happy to release them.

Hello all! I'm Harry...Bought FPSC about a year ago with the thought of "Me and my friends need a new game to 'competively' play..." and then thought "I know! I'll create my own!" Since then, i've been hammering out ideas for my own game for the last few months, and most of the ideas I have for said game are possible, just gotta figure out if some of the stuff I can't find is even possible.

But hey, if they are and I do figure out the scripting for them, you'll all be the second to know when I post my results. (Got another friend who's helping me with said game...And is helping with the story portion... )

Hello, my name is Dustin McMurry. I am a Spanish teacher in the USA and am looking for a way to make a REAL educational game for my classes. There is a lot of really bad software out there, so I am hoping to learn to make a good one.
I have FPS free right now, and am considering the studio bundle as well as the paid FPS. Any advice on that is appreciated. I am also a photographer and mess around making game music when I have time.

Right, well... -rubs hands together- Guess I should take a shot at this.

Name: Lewis 'Trueman' White

Location: Uhh... Look to your left.

Age: Pickle :3

Job: Student, armature game developer.

I've been making games since I was no older than 12. I started out with simple RPG's using a 'popular' RPG creator, then dossed around with random other projects and moved onto FPS creator only half a year or so back.

I've got a light grip on coding, and love to spend my time tweaking and toying with scripts.

I am a avid fan of the classic games such as DooM and Half-Life and I also used to make DooM Mods -or 'Wads' for those of you that are old enough to remember the game- so you'll likely notice that a lot of my level designs are influenced by the two.

and thats basically me in a nutshell. if you want to know me better, feel free to email me, I love a good email conversation.

Ciao. :3

I discovered FPSC a couple years ago but lost interest for one reason or another. Shortly after picking up Windows 7 earlier this year I rediscovered FPSC.I have since been silently working and trying to learn what I can(When my wife and kids permit of course!).
I have found these forums to be a great source for information, models, and scripts. I figured I should at least say hi to everyone and thank you to everyone who has contributed their time and efforts. Thank You!

I have been working on a FPS horror game for last couple months and hope to have a WIP thread up soon. Struggling a bit with my cemetery and the memory cap.

Thanks

Hi!
I'm Ched. I live in the East Midlands in the UK.

I've been making games since i was little using Shoot-Em-U-Construction Kit and recently have been making them using MS-Excel. I decided to step it up a level and FPSC seems like the next logical choice.

Great forum by the way!

Yep - I've got 3 or 4 pn [href=http://www.dzikosoft.com ]www.dzikosoft.com [/href]but there are over 160 games for XL on there - the majority aren't embedded flash games either.

The rest of my work in progresses are on my flaky google site: deadrevolvergames

I kind of lost intrest in FPSC so I stopped coming here and continued on to game creation in RPG Maker XP, which i still do, but recently, I dug up my old FPSC and started playing around and, i dont know, my interest somewhat returned, So hear I am. Real name is Dylan, from Ohio, USA, I use X9.
