Rolfy, tried them in X9 and they're BEAUTIFUL.

But they do not work in X10 - the landscapes appaear like the following:

The landscape seems to be all broken up.

Wasn't certain they would work in x10, that looks like some kind of positioning fault going on, I dont get this one right off though as it doesnt look like all meshes have the same issue I can see a few that still line up fine, but some look as though at different heights. Its hard to tell from the screenshot if some arent scaled differently either, is this the outer terrain or the center?
I will look into it, never made segments for x10 so no ideas yet.

Beautiful and stunning Rolfy, wonderful job there.

I use a different program and therefore am not in need of the terrain.
Is there any way you could make an option for just purchasing the skyboxes?
Because that orange one is just...PERFECT for me

Wow Rolfy these look amazing! Will most likely buy. Great job you've done here. However I'm just wondering how well these hold up framerate wise. Could you mabye post a video?

I have a fairly mid range computer and want games to run smoothly.

Shadow blade: each terrain is a total 3200 faces, will not cause framerate drop at all, my own comp is not even mid range.
Laptop specs:
Single cpu 1603Mhz
1Gb ram
NVidea geforce 6100
The pack created and tested on this thing.

nikas: Not exactly sure what you mean, if you got FPSC on your c: drive just unzip from your desktop, zip files should be placed straight into appropriate folders as path related, if unzipped to folder just drag the entire files folder over to FPSC directory.
If you mean building the terrains, it will probably take more than an hour to build one up with over 400 segments to put down, thats why I created prefabs just one click to place entire terrain in map editor, find these in your prefabs section under 'rolfy', you also got ready built maps with basic lighting to give you a start.

Still looking into making x10 compatible, see no reason why they cant be just yet.

No worries, rolfy. Don't need to repay me. I have x9 as well, which I used to run on my XP computer. I'll just keep these for the migration. But I would appreciate it if you do happen to update the pack for X10, a link?

These are absoloutley fantastic Rolfy, the sheer amount of work you must have put into them is staggering and it really shows in the quality, the collision is perfect as you say and the framerate holds up incredibly well. This is amazing work and very much worth the asking price and more! I highly reccomend this to everyone. I thank you for both the quality of the product and the very swift delivery.

Now, I just need a game to use them in.. large scale online warfare anyone?

No idea? I just placed them as prefabs, waited a week and a half to compile* and away it went!

*perhaps a slight over exaggeration.

After some testing it can be said that these particular terrains will not be made x10 ready, it requires a completely different mesh and I will not be able to redo all 4oo segments for this pack, its just too much work, the good news however is I have a new method for creating the terrain meshes and will be creating a pack with all new environments and terrains which will be available for both versions of FPSC.

Your signature has been erased by a mod. The sig needs to be 600 width maximum (x 120 height) for all of it.

Sent my payment in today. Thanks Rolfy, cant wait to dive into these and see what I can come up with. I gotta say Jim, this is the best work I think you've ever done for FPSC.

Edit: order recieved, Thanks again.

Another one: Checked these out. Brother that is geniuos. The transparent edge design is fantastic. Wish I'd thought of it. But seeing the amount of work involved in putting these together, LOL, I'm really glad "you" did. This is what I was trying so hard to acomplish with my country time packs, but stopped way too soon in it's developement. reading how you did it,is one thing. Seeing how it works is delightfully enlightening.

Awesome work my friend!
