Depends. If it's home made it could get to 85-86.

This one however is 40.

I have a homemade 70. If anyone wants one , take care of the shipping expenses and I'll send a bottle

Edit: If you google the game, you'll often find this cover image:

LINK TO THE AWFULNESS

This hasn't been made by me and has nothing to do with Euthanasia.
Could be concidered my first fan art ...or simply awful

This is truly a terrifying game, lighting and sound is used together perfectly. I love this game.

But, (there's always a but)the shroudling re-skin you use seems to glow and completely seperates it from the background (if it is just my PC tell me). The first one I saw scared the life out of me; this was because (this was to do with lighting in-game when I saw it) it seemed to appear like a ghost/grey this blended well with the background and genuinly suprised me. The other two which followed in the corridor didn't look the same and din't half as much scare me.

This may seem like nit-picking but I hope it helps. And again your game is far better than many I have seen so far. It was well worth the download.

Good luck with the VBOTB Wolf

I've palyed this game lots of times now, which is rare, i don't play many FPSC games more than once, but this is awesome

Great game here, one of (if not the best) the best FPSC games that I've seen on these boards.

Good luck!

Boom.

Nice one, reminded me of Amnesia for some reason.. I noticed that in some places there were just too much zombies though, it became more of a "Oh you again.." situation over an "Oh god what was that?". The only bit that actually got me off-guard was when you hit the switches in level 1.

I will work on this for my next horrorgame Yes! It was a bit too "Doom³ish" on some parts.

Also, having to jump around hitting a zombie over the head 6-7 times with a cleaver feels like the main characters was a major wuss! I think I actually yelled 'STOP HITTING LIKE A GIRL!?' once.

Yeah The Cleaver was actually supposed to be the "last resort". Not a weapon you should use all the time

Well, I found myself saving the bullets I had for the ones I had trouble dealing with with the cleaver.. Played enough horror games to expect a game to toss a near impossible challenge to your head if you don't manage your ammo, so I went to hopping around like a madmen and attempting to cut down anything I saw manually..

Sadly enough at the end of the game I still had no reason to actually save my bullets up to such a level.. But hey, I got very good at dodging and cutting stuff.

It's still a very good concept, and a worthy addition to ANY FPSC user their game library, because this shows that you don't need epic scripts, features or shiny shaders to create a game that's quite polished. Sure the AI has issues, and the standard awkward FPSC moments still happen.. But I have to say I actually enjoyed this.. Now, I have to go play it again..

EDIT : Strangely enough, on my second playthrough Dante in level 3.. is completely invisible. Oh well, proper guesswork time. >
EDIT2 : In fact, there's a lot of invisible enemies.. That's quite annoying, but alright.

Yes, but that seems to be a general issue with FPSC to me, I tested the same monsters in my own level and they randomly appear invisible, probably something to do with their shaders as it functions fine without shaders enabled.

I think that you can avoid it by writing down the shader in the fpe files instead of selecting it in the editor. (but thats only a theory)

Hello everyone, I was just wondering..

I downloaded the actual game but now it seems that I need to download a patch to complete it as well.

How do I download the patch onto the game without screwing anything up?

I need help.

You download it and copy the files in its folder in you're games folder.

You're done.

I can't get it to run. Should 64-bit W7 cause problems?

Yes, it's a bug caused by Win7 SP1 that was fixed by Lee some time ago, here's how to fix this problem:

Quote: "You have to replace the "Main.exe" with this executable: Bit.ly (Download is 2.19 MB in size).

1) Delete "Main.exe" in your Euthanasia folder
2) Move "FPSC-Game.exe" from the archive into the Euthanasia folder
3) Rename "FPSC-Game.exe" to "Main.exe"
4) Just start the game via the launcher, or by launching "Main.exe" directly"

This game is excellent, Wolf! Just excellent. I hate to admit it but the voice quality was a little off. I bought a Turtle beach X11 headset and it works wonders.

Oh by the way. Does the BOTB thing have a minimum of levels? Because I might participate in the future.

Damn. This was more than a game. This was something else. I though that the story was pretty good too, but what I enjoyed the most was the fact that you can really transmit fear emotions and scary moments with FPSC. At least, to me, you could.

Congrats, i'm a fan of your work.

Oh, what a nice surprise, i've seen that you have created other games (of course you did), and the best thing is that each one looks scariest than the other. I'll check them out and certainly play them as soon as I make time.

Wolf= The Bad Man.

Nice game here I had fun playing it!

The good:

Storyline:
The storyline is epic and the ingame levels tell the story well.

Gameplay:

The gameplay is wicked and I like the fact that it is hard to kill the enemies, it gives a good sense of realism especially having to hit each enemy 6 times with the meat cleaver.

Level design The level design is awesome man, good work here, it gives off an eerie feel that is real and scary.

Sense of progress

The sense of progress and the fact that you feel like you are accomplishing something in this game was really used well. I never got bored and needed to play this game to gain success.

The bad

Lighting:

The lighting is some areas is really dark and unless I almost stand over the monitor I cannot see where I am or where I am going

Invisible enemies

I know that you have heard this before by almost everyone that has written a review or has told you about the bugs, but it does happen.

The ugly

No ammo count

I don't like this as I like to know how many bullets I have up my sleeve, but this is a personal thing.

Well done on the game wolf, you are truly a MONSTER and I give this game a 8.5/10 awesomely epic.

Here I think I failed at that! But thanks! Glad you liked it

Hmm...yes the meatcleaver wasn't a well thought add... a lot of players used it all the time and it does always play the same animation. I should do a better job on balancing that out in the remake.

Yes! My screen has bright settings so I didn't realize it could look different on other computers. Thats why I keep the levels in my newer games well lit

Yes! Thats really annoying, had it sometimes too.

No, I don't think that I will change that

ahm...thanks

***********************

I just wanted to drop by and mention that this gets a remake next year. A far less depressing one though. I know not everyone will be a fan of that idea but the new one will have far more fantasy and way less...you know...blood and guts.

The fix is still available. Just try again. Must have been some network issue.

More and more "lets play" Videos featuring Euthanasia are turning up on youtube. I usually add them to my favorites. You can see them @my channel:
