Hi there,

I would like to inform you that the DeleD 3D Editor 0.8 has been released. This free editor is ideal for game-development teams because of its easy-to-use fileformat. Beginner 3d modellers can also benefit from the intuitive userinterface. DeleD 0.8 comes with 9 custom scenes, 3 texturepacks and a number of prefabricated 3d objects (called prefabs). Feel free to visit http://www.gamefortress.com/delgine and download your copy of DeleD 0.8.

Bye,
JeroenNL from The Delgine Team

I don't understand why there isn't a ton of feedback. This program is awesome. Really good and easy to use. If only there was a .x exporter, so I could use the levels I make in my FPS

Other then that, its been 100% stable for me. No crashes.

Thanks Cyco for the compliments. An .x exporter will be written for sure (at least Ascii .x files) as I've received questions about supporting .x files before. The DB community definately wants .x support, so they'll get .x support.

Awesome! Just 1 more question, I forgot to ask. When the next version comes out (0.9?), I will be able to load levels made in 0.8 right?

@ Cyco: not sure which version is coming next. I might just release minor updates (0.81 etc) from now on too. And of course, you will be able to load 0.8 files.

@ Occult: i've emailed you about this bug and x files.
