To get a dynamic entity to show multiple textures export it from Fragmotion ( I have not tried Milkshape )
as normal with all it's textures set, then in the entities .fpe file leave the "textured=" blank. The texture
files must also be in the same folder. Everything should now show in-game.

Yeah, collision is a problem when using this method. Are you trying to
get the player to walk on the "crane box" or by it?
My games never have bugs. They just develop random features..
