Demo Controls:
 - WASD: Slide camera
 - IJKL: Rotate camera
 - M: Snapshot of occlusion buffer (saved to buffer.bmp)

Make sure the 'Materials' folder is in the same directory the the demo executable is.  The entire demo was developed in Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003, so issues may exist with other compilers.
