| Description |
| Creates a timer that will tick at the instructed Ticker Rate. The Ticker Rate value is specified in milliseconds (1000ths of a second), for example, a ticker rate of 100 will produce a tick every 100 1000ths of a second, which is equivalent to ticking 10 times per second. The first command will produce a timer that will tick forever. The second command will produce a timer that will tick the number of times specified. If a count of zero is specified, then the timer will tick forever. |
