| Description |
| Searches for an unused Rng ID. The first function will search for and return an unused Rng ID within the range 1 to 65536. The second function will search for and return an unused Rng ID within the range specified, but not outside of 1 to 65536. If there is no free ID available, then a value of 0 will be returned. |
