| Result = FILE IN USE ( Filename ) |
| Description |
| When passed a filename, this function will return 1 if the file is in use, 0 if the file is not in use, and -1 for any other error (eg, file does not exist). Note that this function attempts to open the file, so if you don't have permission to read the file, then this command will return -1. |
