| Description |
| These functions will generate an RGB colour from a set of HSV colour levels. Alpha, Saturation and Value should all be in the range 0.0 to 1.0. Hue should be in the range 0.0 to 360.0. For the Packed HSV Value, see the PACK HSV function. |
