| Description |
| Retrieves the port number for the specified port name (eg, "ftp" would return 21). If the protocol name is not specified, the function will determine the port number using the tcp protocol. Valid protocol names are "tcp" and "udp". Returns the port number located, or 0 if the port number could not be located. |
