Well, yeah. So... A new project...
Name: Lair of the Antichrist
Genre: Horror
Reason why doing: Because it's fun, and my band's (which I'm the only member of) new album which is being made is also titled "Lair of the Antichrist", so it's kinda like... related to that... or something... XD
Story:
You work in the USA military, and you're really new there. You thought that the people of the army seem weird and that they keep something secret from you. So you decided to ask the general about that, but he didn't tell you. Then you started investigating the basement, which you weren't allowed to go to. You found out that something strange was going on in there... You thought it was drugs or illegal weapons, but it was something far more dangerous and evil...

..Yeah. Nothing that much new, but well. The rest of the story is revealed when you play the game. There's no demo yet, but I plan that.
I plan to make 5 or 6 levels, depends a little. The levels will be long and have lots of things to do. (and lots of locked doors and other stuff)

So... To the screens!

Near the beginning, you see a dead dork.

"I'm on a hiiiiigh way to hell!" <-quoting the AC/DC song's lyrics that fit here kinda nicely... Kinda. Because that's the ****** ** **** that the US army are hiding in their basement.

You thought there would only be mad soldiers and towel face zombies there? Of course you didn't, right?

They're coming to kill you... Really slowly... You'd have enough time to drink tea.

Ka-pow. He pretends not to hear.

"...What did you just say!?" "I wear panties." "Not in hell!" "Yeah, but once I get out of here, I sure will." (that's what the zombie in the upper right corner says to another zombie. He looks just like he'd be shocked of hearing that some of his mates wears panties. Or something.)

The level itself looks a bit weird. Like in a nightmare.

The only problem I see, are your weapons. You use custom weapons, the MP5, the MP6 and the MP9/10 ones. There are big quality differences between them. You should focus on one model pack.
Overall it looks pretty good.

It looks nice! Keep it up! I agree about the weapons in different model packs. I think I would go with MP6 in your case, cause they seem the most fitting to me. But it looks nice. I like your level. It looks weird, but good!

Are anyhere near from Kittilä?

There's no custom weapons, though.
There's stock, and MP5, MP6 and MP9 and MP10 weapons.

But hmm...
I would only use some, but... the hands are problem I think...
But well. And yeah, it might look kinda like a nightmare, lol.
(and now I also noticed that the right upper zombie in the last screen looks really weird, LOL.)

EDIT: Metaldevil posted at the same time. Hmm, I think I try to use only MP6 weapons then.
EDIT2: Also, I'm not in Kittilä or near it, I live in Helsinki, so I'm REALLY far from there.

Im making custom weapons,gonna have guns like IMI Galil,various SMG weapons,MP5,M4 ect.

The game looks good,add a darker red so its almost black.That will look way better.

Hmm, the second level will be almost black.
I'm not changing the first anymore, so... the guns will stay like that (sorry people).

i like this it reminds of nintendo virtual boy with all the red light levels. but this is better because it really is in 3d. great work.

Well, not any "action" images this time, since that would spoil all the excitement...

First one... Yeah. Almost pure black. Even with flashlight. And you know, do you want to go there? Especially after what just happens before this part...

Aaaand here is shown a place that looks like it'd be out of a scifi game... xD Well, the bunkers have some "scifi" techonlogoy in them, lol.

AAAA!!! I've tried to build a two level demo... BUT! I can't, because always some of Cosmic Prophet's entities causes it to crash! It's always CP's.. I don't know why...?

Make shure that you`re light sources comes from a reliable source. Makes it feel more realistic!
Overall look is nice lighting need some work AND you need to have taller segments having just one form of it makes it un-intresting, try getting like 2 levels high to make it more intresting.

There's no light source on purpose. I'm not a guy who does that sorta mistakes... (I think...)
It's like... ambience light, or something. You know, like... Heat. Hot air, it's red. (I know it's not in reality, but...)

Alright, you're picture explanations are just downright creepy, as if I'm playing the game. Can't wait for a demo! Maybe turn your ambience up to 15 and put the red amount up a bit and green amount very slight, then blue amount just above the green. Makes sense? Just for a natural red-ish environment.

You're ability to construct 'hell-ish' environments is very unique

Screenshots of the third level, in which you will encounter screaming bodies, deformed babies and failed surgeries...
So yeah. Some people might find the next few screenshots scary/disturbing, some might think they're arousing. (I'm none of the two stated earlier )

So in the first one... You see red... ...hole (in lack of better word) where you need to crawl in...


And once you get out behind the corner... You find a scientist. Because images don't have audio and I haven't made a demo yet, the scientist says "We tried to revive him"... And that him means...


Dead, deformed baby. Might be an alien. Don't ask me. Ask him.

Gee that baby-alien creature gives me the creeps. Really nice atmosphere you're having here! And very unique choice of guns, seems like everyone is using EAI's weapons nowadays (not that I have anything against them )

Keep up the great work!

EDIT: Hmm, I just noticed that you use MP6 and MP5 aswell as EAI's weapons. Might not be clever since when you change for example from MP6's SMG to the MP5's axe, the hands change. Or is it on purpose?

Well, I don't know about a demo, because I'm having problems with build game...
But I can always show new screens! Of the fourth map, mines. Well, yeah. They have mines there. Also, the workers are blind. They have never even had eyes. They're kinda like mutants... Or something.

So why have you mixed weapons from model pack 5, 6 and EAI? The weapons quality and style change in all these seperate artist's work and the player's hands keep changing.

I've been removing stuff from the levels, and only tried to build game of only one level, but no, it still crashes... So, I decided to move LOTS of stuff from my computer to discs. But probably it doesn't change anything, so if after "removing" around 20GB of stuff, if it still doesn't work, I just can't build this either... The same happens with ANY game that is larger than... Well, larger than Mabyss... Which also crashed when I added one more entity.. So, well... I really think I have to stop doing games with FPSC...
Because I just can't build even a REALLY small, empty place... I mean, everything (the whole map grid thing used) works fine in test game, but I can't build ANYTHING!!! And because I can't just send the maps to someone else to build because there's so much stuff... I mean, like, from model packs, and well, other stuff... Which is why I think, is one of the reasons people don't comment my threads, because they know I can never finish a game... Becaue my computer sucks!
So I've been thinking, really, is there any way to somehow... Build games in small bits? I mean, like... Parts. So it'd always update the older thing... Like, when different maps are built "separately", but so it'd be that the same map would be built in like 10 parts or something? I know it sounds stupid, unneccessary, etc, but really. I have a good computer, kinda, but it's just not good enough for FPSC...
So, umm... I still continue doing stuff, but... but... Please don't try to pressure me with posts like "DEMO!!! DEMO!!! PLZ!!!", because, well, I might not be able to do a demo of any game! And it's not my fault. So... Well, I still try to do games...
But I ask the moderators: Can I still show the games here that I'm doing, even if I might not be able to finish them?

...Sorry for the thousand kilometers long post, lol.
