LOLOLOLOL

Question...

In how many ways is this usable with DBPro?

Can you point out any hit points for using this with DBPro Projects?

Thanks in advance [You know, in case I do not get the chance to in ten days lol]

you have put http:// too many times in your link. I would advise removing it.....unless you are trying to stop people getting this amazing offer!

Thanks for the deal. I have already got the Weapon creator (which doesn't work for me for some reason) but, i will get this offer and try again. There's nothing to lose, we don't need money in 10 days time!

EDIT - This LINK should work better. Just trying to save people time! They only have 10 days man!

This really has nothing to do with DBPro...if you have models and things in dbpro and you want to get them into FPS Creator, then this will be perfect! Otherwise I cant think of a use.

My one question would be if the segment creator has CSG, so I can create doors, holes, etc.. I plan on purchasing this regardless, but that is a relatively important feature when creating segments/scenery. The weapon and character creators sound amazing. No more manually adjusting position, fire spot, etc.. will be a real time savor. Thank you for providing such an awesome deal on this.

for some reason, I can't get it to work. I purchased just the weapon creation system not long ago and couldn't get that to work properly either.

I was kind of hoping to get this one working......as the days are ticking away!

I am running Win7 64bit, 16GB RAM, GTX460. I can't think that you would need any more specs than that.

I have tried to run it as administrator and that yields the same error message. I have attached a screen shot of the error. (obviously, blanked out my serial, but, i had put it in)

Sent you a new serial.

Also, emailed you about your issue, get back to me and we will solve this thing!

CSG was one of the planned features for the next version, unfortunately I got tied up in...life. If there is enough interest, I totally would be down for adding something like that in..you know..if the world doesn't end.

But, as i said, everything looks great.

Why not just buy the application and try it out yourself? If you use FPSC, it is a good app to have. If you use DBP, you can take FPSC content and import it into DBP. If the app is called FPSC Toolbox, then that should tell you it is for FPSC. If it was for DBP, then I would assume the creator would have called it DBP Toolbox.

Here's the summary-

Quote: "FPSC Toolbox takes models and/or textures of any kind, and turns them into FPSC Ready entities, that you can INSTANTLY drop into your game."

I would have thought you knew that already.

@unfamillia

Working on that now...Someone else pointed that out to me...I gave you guys an early version of V1.2 instead of 1.1 and looks like it had a few issues.

Would you mind emailing me your specs and making sure the character directory exists in settings?

@blackfox
Haha yeah, I already answered that up in a post above...but yeah it really has no use for DBP... Thanks!

I bought your program many moons ago and you were very helpful when I encountered some difficulties.

Then, a while ago, after you left, there was a post on trying to find you at sequia games (I think), but nobody could find you. Are you going to hang around for support even if the Mayans don't come?

Yep, I plan on hanging around. I know the instance you're referring to, and for that particular instance my site's contact form stopped working so I wasnt getting emails.

That's since been fixed, and Ive responded to every inquiry as fast as I can. For future reference I can always be reached:

I just saw that there was a renewed interest in FPS Creator, and so there may be a renewed interest in FPSC Toolbox...Ill be taking a poll sometime soon on whether people want a new version with additional features...you know...if the Mayans were wrong...

Nice to see this again at a good price.

But with all the changes with Fpsc in the newer versions is it compatible with FPSC v1.20. ?

Just be interested to know if anyone has tried it and does it work in windows 8 please ?

Many thanks

The last tested version by me was v1.18 I believe...

I have had a few issues reported and I am working with some forum members to fix them and patch them up...mainly with Character Creation System, however everything else seems to function perfectly.

Windows 8 I couldnt tell you...I may have a win8 machine in the next month or so though, and ill do a thorough test if/when I do.

Hmmmmm? Will you -- or for that matter -- will any of us be here next month?

However, if the Mayan team made up of Iggy - the small turtle who is to save the world by being placed underneath the Uxmal temple, Cabby - the small pond frog who is a genius and uses his scientific knowledge to get the team from Connecticut to the Uxmal temple, Radic - a dragonfly who can come up with good ideas and has lots of insect friends to help them along, and then there is Roc - the raccoon who is always self-sacrificing to help protect his friends. If they make it to the Uxmal temple by the 21st they just might save the world. Then we can all breath a sigh of relief and Bullshock 2 can get his new Win8 machine.

THEORY - you know everything but nothing works. PRACTICE - when everything works but don't know why. For me, theory and practice are combined: nothing works and I don't know why.

First of all: thank you for making this program.

Unfortunately. I'm having three problems with it
1) Please, can we get rid of having to confirm that the program
finds that the licensing key is ok every time we start it ?

2) I'm running it on win7,at 1920x1080. it seems that the font is too large for button texts with this resolution.

3) Could there be a problem with long pathnames ?
I have installed FPSC in a non-standard path,
and trying to create a new character, I'm greeted
´with a "path not found" diagnostic. (Other types
seem to be working). I've checked the path several times.
Oh, and while we are at that : if there is a
path being shown in the respective entry fields, could the
browse button please start the browsing right with this path ?

Please help.

@F l a t l a n d e r

May the mayans be with you. Yeah uh...so the world is gonna end and all but IF...and thats a big *IF* it doesnt...i may have time to test on windows 8.

@yrkoon
1) If I create a new version (still gaugeing interest) I will take that into consideration.

2) Resolutions have always been tricky with DBPro. Ill see what I can do to improve this.

For #3...Does it say "path not found" and crash? or does it tell you which path doesnt exist?

If it is crashing, a few users have reported this issue and I am working on a fix at this moment.

oh...and to everyone... 7 DAYS LEFT

Hi Bullshock.

about 3): no, it doesn't state the path when it crashes,
but it mentions a line of code ("... at line 13332)".

If it is of any help:

The last thing before the crash is, that an attempt is made
to create a directory type entry ending with "....\Files\scriptbank\.DS_Store" - which at least can neither be created manually . Please note the "." preceeding the "DS_Store"

Purchased, and I am hugely impressed. I literally took a weapon I had failed to get into fpsc a year ago, and had it going with a vweap and pickup in about 5 minutes. That is insane. Is there an ironsight feature? I can't seem to find one, though it isn't too much of a pain to do it manually.

I just want to set everyone's minds at ease. The world is NOT going to end on 21st December. It's just BS from BS2 trying to trick you into buying his stuff... SORRY but them's the FACTS.

However, he doesn't NEED to BS you because it's good product. Buy it because it's good and on the 22nd BS2 can apologise for scaremongeringering. Crazy nutjob!

Everyone knows the world will end at LEAST two weeks into 2013 anyways...

Merry Xmas and sorry if you lose any sales BS2 but I have to crack nuts it's in my title.

That's one thing I'm torn on. I would really love to get this package, but I have a few concerns:

1) Is the payment method secure and trustworthy? I'm not saying you're probably not trustworthy, but you can never be too careful on the Internet!

2) Will the toolbox update for FPSC: Reloaded be free if it is ever made? Just want to make sure I'm not having to be compulsive here.

I totally understand...I got my credit card number stolen once and it wasnt a fun experience.

Paypal does all of my payment processing. Its 100% secure, and even the data they pass my server for your serial is encrypted and posted back for verification. Very secure system.

Quote: "2) Will the toolbox update for FPSC: Reloaded be free if it is ever made? Just want to make sure I'm not having to be compulsive here."

Im not entirely sure what FPS Creator Reloaded is yet, so i cant really say whether a new version will be free.

Generally, ive always said that UPDATES are free for life...UPGRADES may cost money...

FPSC Reloaded is probably very similar to fps creator as it stands, and with that said it may even work with toolbox out of the box. If it requires an entire re-write or something, that may be a different story. i dont think it will though.

One thing is for sure though, if I do charge for a new version, you wont have to pay full price. None of my existing customers will...its a little thing I do to say thanks.

Oh...and 4 YEAR ANNIVERSARY..not 3..my bad. CELEBRATE AT THE END OF THE WORLD PARTY.
