FPSC Model Packs,

I have to agree with all the other people, your level is dieing for some lights. Possibly some more misc. items such as shelves or lamps. But you know, its a good looking game for just stock media. Looks good man, keep it up and add some of those things and it'll look even better!

Those random floating guns/ammo are really a nice touch!

Interesting concept, should do well. But definitely needs lighting.

I do have some pre-made skeleton crospes (static, dead skelly corpses), but I'm afraid I cannot reproduce TGC stock material like that.

Airslide's installer is not yet stable, so I cannot use that either.

Oh well, best of luck,

Why not?

You can mix weapons with misc etc..
And model pack 16 is misc..
Like model pack 2 and 1..

I think its ok to mix Model packs..

looks good, but you need lighting. This is a great start, but try and use some creative level geiometry with some puzzles to add to the game. Just trying to help. Good luck!

C&C:

...I've gotta agree with the comments regarding lighting and adding subtle environmental props on the walls and floors. The level looks very bland, unappealing, and boring as is. Try to make it look more like an actual hotel, and it will improve it dramatically.

I am puzzled as to why every skeleton is equipped with a firearm. Wouldn't it be more realistic if they were melee denizens bent on hunting you down, and ripping you apart? It's not to say that there couldn't be skeletons that do use guns, just not every single one...

Following your storyline, it would be much more suspenseful and realistic if the player had to use improvised weapons that he/she just happened to stumble upon. After all, why would a scientist be packing heat? Fists...an axe...a hammer...a broken piece of the helicopter...these would make it much more suspenseful, as Jack battles the skeletal horde. Finding a gun with ammunition should be a huge and surprising find, shouldn't it?

I think that you've the basics for a game that could be quite entertaining to play. Make some improvements in some crucial areas, and you'll get there eventually.

Thanks,

Seth Black

...that's a shame. It looked like it was going to be something worth waiting for and playing.

Why start a bigger and obviously more complex project, instead of just finishing the one you've already partially completed?

Good luck to you in all of your partially completed endeavors!
