Unsupported version, use the new 2.X.X version instead: Click here

//Information

This Application will let you create Segments and Entitys for your Fps Creator within seconds.

Model Maker is a application for everybody who's wanting his content to be useable in a very short amount of time, as opposed to many other programs you don't have to click and choose much things, you only need to choose 2 Textures, optionally a Materialindex for both, enter a name and your media is already useable!

//Features

-Create Media within Seconds
-Extendable Room-Styles / Materialindex-List
-Plugin-Capable (Add your own Segment/Entity Templates)
-Addon Center used for downloading Plugins
-Integrated Program-Updater
-Texture Preview (including a tiled view)
-Entity Maker to make your own Models Fpsc-Ready (with an advanced Settingsmenu)
-Texture Converter (Format and size)
-Pack Maker

//Download

[href]

... some of you may saw this program on FPS-Files already, this version however is completely recoded and features better speed, no bugs (at least I don't know about any) and some new features.

I hope it's of use for somebody!

I dunno, as long as the FPE and FPS file format is still the same in the X10 version there shouldn't be any problems with it, except that the current Model Maker version doesn't detect any additional textures, so shaders wouldn't be used on the media.

An earlier version already had Bump and Specular-Map support but as I couldn't test the features I let them out, I'll add X10 support later possibly... if someone could mail me the significant changes that exist in FPSCX10's files, that'd be great.

This is a great programm.

It enables me to produce a whole set of different segs/entities to check for a general appearance and rework the texture afterwards.

thx for sharing this!

Tanks for sharing this with us
I have found a problem.
If I make a segment or Entity.I test this with Fps Creator,Then the textures are not saved.
So the entity's and segments remain white
The Tekstures maps are empty

Is there a lock on texture size? That was my biggest problem with signs, it resized to 1024x when I wanted 2048x

Mine work fine... Except sometimes when I open my map again it says "New Segment" or "New Entity" in the field where you take them. But that's no problem.

No, the picture doesn't get resized unless you want to (Check the "Settingsmenu" to see the Texture-Converter options).

Quote: "Then the textures are not saved"

Which FPS Creator version do you use (X9/X10)?

Quote: "Except sometimes when I open my map again it says "New Segment" or "New Entity" in the field where you take them"

I'll most certainly look into this issue, thanks for letting me know about this!

So it can make segments with a 2048x texture size? I'm downloading now.
Can your program do overlays as well?

Is the Texture-Converter activated?...I'm currently a bit puzzled what's causing the problem, so if it's the case that the converter is activated, then try to disable it and see if it's works.

Quote: "So it can make segments with a 2048x texture size"

Yes!

Quote: "Can your program do overlays as well?"

Yep, it's able to genereate FPE's for all meshes, run the Entity-Maker from the Tools-Menu and choose "Overlay" as the mesh.
