Hi all,

This little app will be included in the next offical beta release, but I thought that many of you will be keen to get the most out of the excellent new limb detection features before then.

It's designed with both modellers and non-modellers in mind and is fairly straight forward to use.

Place your model and the texture, both sharing the same name in the model folder, open the app, load in your model and click export. This will produce a file in the model folder which contains all the information FPSC will need to add limb detection to any character model.

Additional features have been added to aid models who need something a little more indepth.

Enjoy

I little bump for a big deal. This a really well done tool and it definitely helped me out, Scene Commander!

I don't know if everybody realizes what a big deal the new poly-perfect hit detection is; in the sense that it allows for all sorts on non-humanoid characters to have perfect hit detection and without setting up the info in the fpe that this tool effortlessly provides, it seems like characters use the old, annoying one-size-fits-nothing hitbox system.

Thanks for this

Thanks for the nice words Errant.

I'm looking forward to see what amazing things you and other modellers produce with the app's assistance.

Thanks for pointing out that it should now be very easy for someone with only a little knowledge to produce some very nice effects and that this system isn't just limited to humanoids'
