hi @ all

I just wrote some DLL's for dbp/3dgc and especially my own game. One I offered the german community, but to make it more popular I want to post it here, too.

It includes:
- Windows Message Boxes (change the message and title, but not the buttons)
- disable the "X" in the window title, good for editors!
- disable the maximize button
- disable the minimize button
- disable the restore button
- disable resizing the window
- disable moving the window
