Due to the overwhelming demand , we've some of our collection of source code snippets for DarkBasic (mainly) / DarkBasic Pro available again. While some are a bit dated now, there's still plenty of tidbits to get your teeth stuck into. So have fun !

Hi Kevin,

These source code snippets are great!

I have a question, what does the X Object Read/Ripper do? Does it allow you to pull a limb out of an .x file and save the limb as it's own mesh?

How do you use it?

Enjoy your day.

You have no idea how long I have searched for those...
I should've known that they weren't there anymore!

Thx!

Anyone who hasn't looked at these is doing themselves a disservice. I highly recommend taking some time and going through these code snippets. There's a lot of very useful and very clever techniques.

Enjoy your day.

Latch,

Given that the example was written Date: 31, Dec,2000 , I have no idea off the top of my head what it's purpose was . But after a quick look at the code, it seems to parse the mesh data to a list of polygons.
