According to the documentation

phy delete cloth ID

should delete the cloth. Only DBP doesn't recognise it as a valid command. So, how do I delete a cloth?

The command is in but missing from the string table. I can quickly change this along with a few other areas and perhaps we have a small update released sometime this coming week.
