I felt sad having not contributed to the community so here is my first. This tutorial is centered around maya and the famas but I set it up so if you know your app well you can use any program and make any gun. The famas didn't turn out as well as I hoped but oh well. I think a lot can be made with this tutorial. It is very basic so I think it can help the people who are just learning. Sorry it is in word format but I dont have another word proccesser that supports pictures. GOOD LUCK!!

Well thanks for the niceness, but I think you know anim8or pretty well and 3d modeling programs are all basicly similar so it might help a little...

Cut scenes, I didn't read it, but an 'A' for effort. I hope this helps someone using Maya to get their stuff FPSC ready.

Regardless of this helping anyone, you've made that all important first step in giving back to the community. No matter whats said from here on in this thread.

PS- And you know I'm not nice to takers/beggars....so consider this an "atta-boy".

Thanks Loc means a lot. Sadly this is a modeling tutorial though. No importing here, because I have maya and maya and fpsc just don't mesh so it might take me awhile to figure out how to import.

EDIT: YAY 61 views that means I am helping people.

EDIT: Hopefully...

BUMP!
The reason Im doing this is because out of 100 views 40 people probably read the tut so I'm bumping it to help people.

Agreed.
At least you made an attempt to help.
I only hope that those that use your tutorial show their appreciation.
The good thing is that the more tutorials we provide the less excuse people will have for not doing things for themselves or at least making an attempt at it.
Thank you for contributing to the FPSC community.

Jan 1st 2006? Been here long enough to realise how bumping old threads is annoying.
