Otherwise, only bugged when setting CanRotate to 0 (,1 retains previous Mass setting):

It could be an order thing

maybe setphysicscanrotate
is meant to be used before the mass command

i get the theory but ",1" doesn't break it.

if it's "intentional", at least, mention "order" in the docs so i don't have to spend time wondering why my balloons aren't afraid of my elephants.
