hi there! i need a converter to convert .ugh files (made with fragmotion) into .x files. could anybody help me?

Greetings. It's very doubtful that a converter exists that could do this for you.

My suggestion is to visit http://www.fragmosoft.com/, and spend the $20.00 for the program. It's money well spent.
fragMOTION used to have some very disturbing export conflicts with FPSC. I'm very happy to say, fragMOTION 0.8.7 doesn't suffer from the old issues.

I've had very good success with fragMOTION, and with the 0.8.7 update, it's now a very FPSC-friendly animation tool.
