Not recognise the DB functions until compile time? I say this because it makes me nervous when all is underlined with squiggly blue.

Sure thing. In the Editor, you have your highlighting of keywords, sub routines, functions, etc. Well, when my editor doesn't recognize a subroutine/function call, it places as sine shaped blue linem the squiggly line, under the name of the routine/function that it does not seem to recognize. It is doing this for all the GDK function/subroutine names.

Now, I am coding in VB.NET 2005 and have included the COM for the GDK (it is listed in references). Is there another reference of library I am missing for utilizing the GDK? I have not tried to compile yet, so I am wondering about this.

In the Solution Explorer on the right side you have to right click on you project and select "Add Refference". Theen choose the DBGDK from the dialog. The blue squigglys should go away.

Err..I thought the dgdkGlobals.vb was strictly for the SpinningCube. Ah well, but at any rate, thanks for the heads up.

No, any DB.net program you have to reference dgdkGlobals.vb.
