I could take this question to so many places, but ill try to make this quick. Microsoft.com keeps saying the computer i have isnt genuine. Therefore i cant downloadthe latest direct X. Which also means the latest upgrade wont work on my computer. I am currently running on direct X 9.0 so can anyone tell me which is the latest upgrade that works with it. I dont have unlimited downloads otherwise i would download all of the upgrades.

Assuming that your version of windows is legit, you need to contact MS product support to get that fixed. If you don't, then you won't be able to use the latest upgrade.

when i did it it said you need to confirm that you have a microsoft computer. When i did it with internet explorer it did work, maybe just something i did wrong
