I'll be sending you all the files soon Butters. Use it how you'd like man. Even sell it in your pack if you wanna as an alternate, I'd be honored. If ya don't like it that's fine as well. Had a hard time wrapping my head around your work. Not exactly my vision, but didn't turn out to bad. He dose a neat biting animation when not set to gun ya down. Used Bond1's aggressive zombie bip.

Truly nice work Locrian, you gave butters model new life (so to speak). Looking forward to seeing this released.

Very Nice Loc.

I really like the texture work. Kind of gives the alien a more realistic feel, where as mine looked more like something from a chuck norris invasion flick!

Anyway, I'll chat more by email when you send it over

Best.

@tj990,
Thank-you. Tried not to copy Alien to much(more just the idea, never looked at the creature once so I wouldn't steal anything subconsciously). Kinda the idea I had, but I think he came off different. Hard to think anything but Alien with guys mellon shape.

@MonT
Well glad ya like it. Hard to breathe new life in a creature that's never been released. Just my take on it man, and I'm not sure I really did it justice personally.

@Butter,
I'll bounce that off today. Obviously he's no longer mapped like you had it. Did you want a .obj version of the base remapped as well?

@ POD,
Hmmmm, not really seeing the disco, but here is something for you to chew on....

@ Fred,
Hey now...His momma loves him..And really, isn't that all that matters?

@GaMer13, Phlum, and misfit44,
Thank-you very much guys. It's always nice to see a few lines written about your work. I appreciate you taking the time.

@Seerzack,
Ummmm, it must be a language barrier deal...But Thanks.

Thanks Chupa. Turned out a little dif then I pictured it when I seen Butters original, but ya know how it is when ya start on something and it takes a life of it own, so ya just roll with it. Butter said he liked it so alls good to go I guess. Not sure if it will ever be used for anything, but it was kinda fun working though someone elses eye's for a minute.......

Thanks OLEG, but I'm a 'wanna-be'. To see some real artist check out Errant's, and Rolfy's work. Go to their sites. The few things they post around here do not represent the body of their work as a whole.

Wait until you get an e-mail from him...the sig is "ruler of the known universe"...just kidding,Loc.

Loc's just that way.He's got a lot of talent but he doesn't let it go to his head.
Wait 'till his game comes out.I'm betting we are going to see some uber models in it.

I really like this, it reminds me of those beetle things from the fatpie animation website.
One small crit, his teeth are a bit clean, some parts are pure white, id make them a bit more off colour or dirtier.
Kind of reminds me of stuff you see in MDK 2 as well, nice and original, which is very rare these days.

Wow nice work guys. I missed allot of good stuff while I was away. The skin matches the body so well too, very insect like. The larger lower thorax really lends to it look!

I sent you all the Files on this Butters. No offense but, I'm used to you dropping off the face of the planet during correspondence. I just figured you'd got it and never responded

Whats needed again Butters? I reformatted so I'll have to find this file again. I'm sure I got it, but it wasn't placed with "my" work.

EDIT: Yeah I found it all...let me know.

I sent it. It's not the same uv map. You could release both versions though.

I've sent a clean map so others can re-texture it if they like. This uses Bond1's zombie biped.

Hey awesome model. Could you make a Cylon Centurion model from the New
Battlestar Galactica? That guy kinda already likes like one of them anyway. With a little editing im sure you could do it in no time!
