This is the most convoluted way to order a digital product I ever experienced.

I ordered, payed, received a confirmation that it went through and it that my product it is available to download.

I'm required to register and guess what, I cannot get an activation code to my new e-mail address. It is not a blocking issue, since I have received my order details, confirmation and receipts for my repeated and unanswered requests for support just fine.

I want my money back, as fast as you took it from me.
