Get a sniper from entities and press enter whilst placing it.

BUT pressing enter will just put him on the roof. I would put it on the ground then right click it and then move it.

right click him then prss PAGE UP till u get him to the height you want, then move him into the sniper tower.

But on that nice note. Here is where i get so furious, jk. But before you post again READ the MANUAL. Sorry if that sounded rude. But since you are new you'll be posting a typical new person post (most likely). And don't read the manual to get the gist of it. Thoroughly read it so you understand EVERYTHING.

Personally, I dont like the sniper tower that comes with FPSC so I was able to make my own just using stock media. It can be climbed into and is overall easier to use ingame. Heres a screenie of one I threw together really quick.
