Hi, it's been a while since I last posted here.

Anyway, I've been playing with the two objects that come with DBP, Miko and Colonel Z, and I've found a few problems. The .3ds versions of the objects won't load for some reason, and the .x versions don't seem to animate correctly, the frame numbers are multiplied by 320 and when I try to loop the animations, such as the walk and run animations, the ends don't actually fit together smoothly. Has anyone else had this problem?

Also, is the bone deformation within DBP only supported within the actual animations of the objects or is there a way to get deformation through rotating limbs manually? (or am I just asking too much?)

On another note, there are one or two things missing from DBP that I'd like to see. The first one is multi-texturing for matrices, detail mapping is the main one I'd like to have access to.

Another effect that would be good is the texture based shadow effect, like how shadows are produced in Black & White, I know it isn't the best looking way of doing shadows, especially if you get too close, but it would probably be a lot faster then the shadow mapping currently available.

Thanks for any help with the above.

I get the feeling I'm being ignored, am I right or is something badly wrong?

Have I said something to offend everyone..?

3DS files don't work with P4. They will be back in with P5.

Do you want Windows menus in your DBP apps? - Get my plugin: http://snow.prohosting.com/~clone99/downloads/tpc_menus_101.zip

3DS dosen't work correctly in DBPro yet. That's supposed to
come in another patch. I'm not sure about the animations though.

[Edit] oops..
