Wow mon game regarde super! But it's sooooo tres slow! Et je ne fix pas it! So the FPS is an average of 52 when it's being run in window-full screen and an average of 82 when it's being run in Full screen exclusive. I can't figure out why it runs faster in the fullscreen mode! Et je wish I could get the window mode to run faster becuase it looks smoother en that mode et less choppy but its much slower... Do tu understand? I need to know if anyone has any tips or tricks to get programs to speed up. Et if tu would mind sharring them. Also I thought windowed mode was faster than fullscreen! Why does my program fun the opposite? Thanx in advance!

I shall spare you my French on this ocassion, the last time I tried to speak French I accused an innocent bystander of eating salami in a police officers big red hat.

In what way does the game look smoother in Windowed mode?

Try setting the resolution of the game to the same resolution as your desktop.

You will probably find that exclusive mode is faster because it has direct and selfish control of the display - without having to share it with Windows.

The reason it's slower in window full screen is because your desktop is set to a higher resolution the you program uses and DBP scales it to fit you desktop res. You can use a dll to set the desktop res from your program or you need to tell everyone using your program to change their deskto to the resolution you want it to run in.
