This is the case I've been thinking on maybe selling my game made in FPSC (it will have good Quality of course).

My intention was first for it to be free, but I've found a guy who seems serious in selling games, Yeah, the guy PAS from the forums here and I don't want any dispute of weither he's trustable or not.

I'm asking if you guys think its worth finding someone to sign up a contract to sell my FPSC Game because I'm Mod Edit years old and legally I can't make a contract with him.

And in worth, I mean do you think its a good idea or not? Or would it be a waste of my time, because I could burn the game myself and go around selling it without a contract but I don't have the intrest in doing that.

But tell me what you think about it, if you think its bad or good idea to sign up for a contract in selling an FPSC Game.

I don't really dont mind weither I get it sold for money or give it out for free, I just don't want to sign up for a contract and then he just sells 5-10 copies O.o

@ Bronny: Bronny, the contract is just an agreement which is not exclusive. Its important that an agreement is in place. I called it contract, but I do not want you to think it is exlusive or anything like that. If you are not an adult in "LEGAL TERMS," then the agreement wont be valid. Do you have a relative or friend you can trust that could be on it? If not, then maybe selling locally would be best. If you decide to do that, then let me know, and I will give you some tips on how to sell it independently. You can easily sell it through friends and I could tell you some low budget advertising ways to do it. Anywhere you go though, you will find that for anyone to sell your game whether it is online or a store, almost 100% of the time require you to be a "LEGAL ADULT." Otherwise the agreement will not be valid. Either way your screenshots look good. If you need any help feel free to email me.

PAS: One thing though, I've be removed the School Daze Pack from the map made by locorian since he was against me using it

But apperantly himself can use others scripts and packs,

Since I think the other thread got created and just locked unfairly (when apperantly its not allowed to talk about teams) and then closed just as I was about to post my answers to the posters there I think it was unfairly.

So I've sent those guys that replied before me (but I think however some of their questions wasn't so serious or needed)

However I've sent an email with the post to the 4 users, that I answer my best within their questions.

Because if they ask me why I did this and why I did that I though I'd give them an answer instead of just being quiet about it while I have an answer I did send them just that, xplosys emails:

I didn't understand what you meant with "and what will you do?" I'm almost finished with the site, I'm a really good webdesigner, and I've coded and developed half troughout the game so I don't understand what you mean with that :?

I've removed the school pack or whatever from the game the packs you advised me to download before, because apperantly you can't use those packs in your games says loocarian the creator so maybe its advised for you to remove the links for them?

And the screens I showed, was 2 procent of the game and, one with a Gun I've seen plenty to use in their games and suddenly when I use its a crime, and this school pack you recommended me, apperantly a bad recommending :/

However its shame the thread got accepted by mods and then saying its not allowed while they accepted it, and I got a lot of unserious questions which made the thread harder to solve.

Anyhow I hope you don't feel I'm just aiming this at you because I've sent an answer to the other guys to (answer to their posts) since the thread got locked.

That's because if we didn't accept it and then lock it you would have made the same post 45 more times.
It was easier for me to approve it,tell you we don't do team requests (which you should know but do not know because you didn't read the stickies at the top of the forums) and then lock it.
Your rudeness (and I have noticed this to be a recurring thing over several different posts and with several different threads over several different forums) needs to come to an end.

FredP: I guess my posts can be a bit offensive, and I'm sorry for those who do take them offensive, its just that sometimes I take other peoples post offensive thats why I respond with another offensive one
