I saw that on http://www.fpscreatorx10.com/ it said that fpsc x10 requires a GeForce 8800. I have a GeForce 7900. Will that be good enough to run it? It runs alot of next gen games just fine such as Rainbow6 Vegas and Ghost Recon 2. Is this just a suggestion or is fpsc
x10 so powerful that you absolutely have to have an 8800?

Man there are so many threads now about this.

It has nothing to do with X10 being "so powerful" that it requires an 8800. FPSC X10 runs on the new Windows Vista directx 10, which is what requires an 8800. So short answer is no, your 7900 won't cut it.
