FPSC Classic Models and Media / Texture Problem

I've made some terrain lately, to be sold in my first model pack. I recently discovered that some of the 3x3 Segment terrains were out of shape a bit, so i placed a simple 3x3 box underneath them, they work perfectly with the FPSC stock textures, but when I use my own, they seem to cause a weird glitch as shown in the enclosed screenshot. Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated, but im still going to repeat the process on a different computer just in case.

ps. if anyone needs to know, im using photoshop 8, and the dds exporter with these settings [DXT1 ARGB (1 bit Alpha)].
I dont's know if that will make any difference though
