ok ive been on here what afew days? and to be honest these forums have been nothing but a nuisance! seeing how you are strictly limited to your entitled opinion my name gets changed from Bush Hater 10 to this? Happydude 001 I dont even get a warning. i was expecting help from forum members but instead i get disrespectfully messages BASED ON NOTHING! Yes you Jenkins you haven't shown any help what so ever except maybe giving some mod the thought that my name is disrespectful to republicans or something without even knowing what it means! try thinking next time this is bogus {KAK} Rygun gets Banned for defending me! now im sorry i have to talk down to ALL the forum members it sounds like seriotypeing when the reality is that some arent bad and do intend to help people. I dont even get to pick my new name after never being told/warned it was bad! Give people a right to what they should have a right to and any1 with a half-way decent education would understand my point. You know everyone says "Life is not Fair deal with it" Maybe you should actually do something about it rather then lay back and do nothing. If these forums are going to do anything to help someone it needs to be straightened out. I can only hope these forums start looking out and fixing there mistakes. Now i did pretty much nothing to get banned and hopefully i wont but... well c im looking for some argument plz prove me wrong i WANT to be


PS: Jenkins don't try 2 lie you know u where meaning to be disrespectful you said something like (and know this is not a direct quote)"...fpsc Can indeed make a 3d sonic game, but he never will..." tell me how that is not asuming that I a newcomer am worthless based on NOTHING!

EDIT: this is in fpsc bug report cuz it basically is only fpsc area 2 my knowledge

This isn't a political forum. It's also not "your" forum, and they don't have to answer for anything they do. Your name was changed because it was simply their whim to do so. Obviously someone "on staff" wasn't a "Bush hater" or even more simply didn't want members who weren't, to be inundated with your political philosophy.

We all have to realize this is their world. We don't have a right to be here. We're "allowed" to be here only because at this time there is not a whim to ban us(this may change without notice too).

Looking over my box for FPSC, I see nothing on it about my rights to a forum, or my rights to express myself freely.

Since they make the rules the only thing we do know is that we have to abide by what's written. They owe us no warning when they decide to change a rule, or simply make up a rule on the fly.

No forum anywhere is ever a democracy. They are dictatorships. Every last one of them. This isn't a slam, this is a fact. This is OK. There's no way anyone's telling me how to run any of the many sites I host. I have many sites I host for people and am generally made a Admin on most by the people I give space to. If by chance I posted say this WOW clan site I allow on my server, and someone lipped off. Now I've never played 1 minute of WOW in my life and have nothing to do with the site, but, I'd ban him. Bess learn some manners and recognize who's in power here....That's the way I feel. I don't have to explain myself on my servers ever. Since I pay the bills, I make the rules.

TGC are alot nicer then I am though. So I guess just be thankful all that happened was a name change.

i understand your point Locrian but im not trying to make this a political forum, to the short name i gave myself was assumed to be political and weather it is or is not the point. it dosent have to be, the name Bush Hater could mean for all anyone knows on here i fell into a thorn bush at a young age and got scared for life, i would never look the same.(or a majority of other situations of which no1 would or should know if they are true) expressing myself by name should not have to be written to be allowed. what you are saying i do understand this is that a my name was not agreeed with everyone else on one meaning that for all they no is not whats intended to mean. but look around honestly why should i have to pay for my opinion, "Bloodeath 6 6 6" this is not offensive this name has no more a right then mine did and if a mod where going to go around making every1s name appropriate to everyone a majority of the forum would not have a actual name. and yes forums are set by there own rules but it should have something saying truth.Expression of ones self is not allowed. thanks for the luck anyway

and venge: this has to do with a bug in the fpsc forums and i would consider it a bug simply not in programing

NOTE: I mean no offense or punishment to anyone based on my actions or words

it doesnt really matter what you think, they took your name as i hate president bush, so they got rid of it, if a mod hates the 666 in my name i wouldnt be surprised if i logged on and its gone, it does not matter what your name is, how you act, what you do, TGC are law here. simply put, they are the gods of this forum, Just be glad you joined after all the fpsc madness had already ended with FPSC mods.

ok, ok i get the name part but shouldn't i get to pick a new name if i was not warned/told mods could use me and abuse me, i personally hate my new name i asked to have it changed by e-mail and by forums but i don't see why me, why must i get punished for doing nothing wrong while others don't, i wasnt aware mods could simply lable me an idiot if they felt like it, i understand the line between mods and regular users is a big leap now and mods are = with each other why aren't the users = with users ive done nothing wrong and other people have but suffer nothing i feel like im looked extremely down upon for being new thats not a very good reason to insult someone and look down upon them, am i so horrible for signing up and asking for help with one thing and showing new ideas. where is it understood that you are basically (lets call it poop) for signing up... i get that you should have 2 work your way up but why am i considered so bad?(besides posting this up i wouldn't have it i wasn't being treated so unfair in the first place) shouldn't i start with a score of 0 and work up not like -4

EDIT: just remembered the name says nothing about mods can change it all it says is

Happy(lol, Im not rubbing it in), man you can request a name change. I'm not real sure how but I've seen Fred say "You really going to go though life with that name? Email blah blah blah..."

I know thats not really helpful but I know it's possible to request a change. I'm just not sure how to go about it. I'd email and one of the 4 FPSC mods and I'm sure they will fill you in.

that helps go against me and i understand abit better but im unaware as to what rules i violated to let them change my name.

EDIT posted b4 i could see your message come up, i do doubt i will ever get a name change but i will try 2 figure out what rule(s) i may have violated.

It is the point and it is a political statement and it offended other forum members.
You did request a name change through e-mail and that name was not acceptable either in my opinion.
And your buddy's location and sig violated the AUP.
If you sign on to forums you agree to that forum's AUP.
Now if someone else lets you use that forum name in their own private forums that is fine...they have to deal with the flame wars there.
There is a reason that political stuff is not tolerated on these forums.
I don't make the rules.I just enforce them.
