I uploaded a screenshot. The program is only 1MB, so you can download it very fast... or have you got a 14K modem?

It is TONS better than WinZip. Come on, be individual, leave the blind mass and get something better! It's easier to use, has better graphics, functions better, it's free, it makes tons smaller archives, and it supports about 3x as many formats.

(Durn, no edit)

The map editor is interesting... needs work, but I'm sure it'll get it. Might get quite interesting some day .

compression utils, Winzip for Windows Systems - Bzip(gzip) for Internet and other OSs ... simply because they're native, but then again i find them both more stable with larger archives - they don't tend to corrupt as easily.

as for the program, could there possible be more in the way of a gui - i know it isn't too fast in DB, but i prefer to work from a toolbar with a button for camera movement, having it on all the time is confusing (and feels weird)
plus it crashs if there are no textures and you press ',' so you may wanna sort out something to make sure you can't access the texture areas and such if there arn't any.

apart from that, this could grow into something more powerful like 3DMapEditor earli days though

well tbh i dont care about how much it zips it down... i just hate the damn icons!! im a complete perfectionist and if something doesnt look right, i wont like it. I like the windows XP method of extracting, you just go in the folder oh and extract it sadly its only .zip

It's all part of M$' evil plan! EVIL! EVIL!

Oh. Sorry. Got carried away .

I think the WinRAR icons look excellent... if you don't like them, you can easily change them.
