Hey,
I was wondering if any of you mind helping me out with some problems/questions:
1. Is there a prededfined way to check for collisions between sprites and custom made objects (like squares, circles, etc.)? I imagine that this could be done using constant area checking, but I want to see if there is something that is more effective.
2. When handling collisions with sprites, can you control the direction in regards to a polar coordinate system as opposed to a cartesian coordinate system? I know you can do it with custom made objects, but I haven't seen any examples of this kind.
3. Can anyway see why I can't draw lines after I start loading sprites into the game? And if so, what am I doing wrong?
I'm sorry if these questions seem simple. I am very new to the language and this is my first game making course.
