There's a line in the EULA which says you have to put....

“This product was made with, and incorporates part of, the Dark GAME SDK. All intellectual property rights including copyright in every part of the Dark GAME SDK (whether modified or not) are owned by and reserved to The Game Creators Limited.”

in your game somewhere.

Does this translate as...

"Anything you make with DarkGDK, then 'TheGameCreators' can claim ownership of the IP"?

...Because if it does, nobody in their right mind should be using this SDK if they have a remotely original idea!

No, I think it just means that the GSDK is property of TGC, as well as any graphics, sounds etc that come with it.
