I'm afraid this is not very efficient, but it looks cool.
The explosion is created simply by making the 'parts' physics objects when you click the mouse button.

@ JerBil: Very cool effect! The small particles for the burning-effect look like burning "magnesium" or some other element!

Thanks, Hoozer. It surprised me that you can get an explosion just by
adding the parts to physics all at once.

@ JerBil: I think I know what you mean! I never thought about to use this "feature" as an explosion! An identical effect occours in my game "PhysiX-Brick-Breakout" when I set the box size to big (40 and higher) then the boxes collide with my static-rigid-bodies (arena) and get "fired" towards the player! Also when you put a particle system inside a small object (in my case the ball) and move this particle source with the object the object begins slowly to move, cause it collides with the particles!
