I am going to back-up my fpsc files cause Im going to re-format my computer and I uninstalled fpsc so i wont have to back up all the default files, cause I just want all entitys, segments, etc. that I downloaded and I want to know if I should delete the .bin files? Because dont those just re-create themselves?

If you are reinstalling the OS it will get deleted anyway. Just backup your saved maps. Reinstall the os and all its drivers. Than install the latest Video Card Drivers followed by Direct X. After that install FPSC and the patch you would like applied to the software. Than install any model packs you purchased or any other downloads you might have. Finally drop your maps in and reopen them in the fresh installed FPSC.

Hope that helps...
