Hello All,

For the past two days i have been looking through this forum searching and reading code and trying to work off it and write my own scroller platformers and it still isn\\\'t clicking.

I\'m sorry for complaining, but its very aggravating when you read so many different ways to do one thing and i can\'t get it.

And i\\\'m in dbc, which i read was easy for 2d, but i still can\\\'t do. Please help, please.

What exactly do you need help with ?

* Drawing the Back drop ?

* Player/Objects Collision with the backdrop ?

* Characters

new to darkbasic, i know a little bit of c++, but i was told basic was fun so i wanted to try it. What can i say, i'm hooked.
