No. FPSC does not support vehicles. You cannot drive any sort of vehicle in the games you make with FPSC. Apparently some people have managed to come up with some drivable vehicles using very advanced scripts but it is not very effective and doesn't look quite right as it often means turning the actual player into a vehicle instead of driving one, which looks terrible and unrealistic as the car drives like the player walks.
Oh, and in future, if you have 2 questions on a similar topic try and put them in the same post please, it keeps the forum nice and tidy.
